A:. GREEN Playbucks™ Tokens are "Real" tokens purchased from the Playbook Store. GOLD Playbucks™ are "Award Bonus" Tokens received when purchasing Green Tokens.  BLUE Playbucks™ Tokens are "Reusable Makeup" Tokens given for most non-winning pick purchases.

A:  They are available to use immediately after purchase.

Q: When are my Gold "Award Bonus" and/or Blue "Reusable Makeup" Playbucks™ Tokens replenished from a qualified non-profitable Playbook Experts picks purchase?

A: Within 24 hours from the completion of the transaction purchased.

Q: What is the value of Playbucks™ Tokens?

A: Playbucks™ Real Green Tokens have an actual cash value of $1. Gold "Award Bonus" or Blue "Reusable Makeup" Tokens have no cash value but are assigned a $1 usable value.

Q: What is the "Bonus" value awarded for purchasing Playbucks™ Real Green Tokens?

A: Playbucks™ Gold "Award Bonus" Tokens are awarded immediately with the purchase of Real Green Playbucks™ Tokens in the amount of 20% of your Playbucks™ Tokens purchase. For example: purchase $100 worth of Real Green Playbucks™ Tokens and get 20 of Gold "Award Bonus" tokens added to your account.

Q: What happens if I do not have enough Playbucks™ Tokens to complete my purchase?

A: You will have the option at time of checkout to complete your purchase using a credit card to satisfy any deficient token balance.
